The New generation of leadership, under the guidance of the young entrepreneur, R K Ranganath who holds a post graduate degree (MBA), steers the company ahead to a full- fledged development under the RL Brand, along with a trained professional management team.
Ranganath started his carrier in the year 1999. He is the founder of the of R L Brand which stands for Rangalakshmi. He conceptualised, articulated and implemented a restaurant chain at Horamavu called R L GOLDEN SHOOTS family restaurants.
In 2000, he pioneered a new company called SRI RANGALAKSHMI GOLDEN ARCADE PVT LTD which is registered under the company Act.
In the year 2001 he ventured into an agricultural & hospitality business, where he had a coffee estate and a Unique & Stunning resort and Getaway by the name of “Tiger Hill Resort” on the Main Road which was roughly 5 kms from Madikeri. This was later acquired by
RK Rakesh
The effervescent Rakesh, is the driving force behind the business. Focused, resilient and hard working, he aggressively acquires prime properties in and around Bangalore. His Mission is to take the Group to new heights of glory, while he also manages the administration of all group companies.
As a Dynamic and confident administrator, Rakesh has been instrumental in building the SRL Group.
His expertise in HR compliance gives the Group the required attention while managing Key Assets - Contractors, associates and employees. He has mentored many engineers and support staff of the company to bring out their potential best.
Mr. Rakesh, is the truly an invaluable asset, being the crisis manager who deals with all disruptive and unexpected event that threatens to harm the organisation or its stakeholders. He has been extremely significant in the growth of the 20-year-old Group.
